Seasonal transport in Michigan
Michigan ships more recreational equipment south than almost any state, and boats lead the list. Freshwater hulls need freeze protection rather than salt flushing, which changes the pre-trip list compared to coastal markets.
The state's two halves behave differently: Metro Detroit runs on storage-yard pickups near Lake St. Clair, while West Michigan is towable-RV country with an earlier weather window.

Please note: Anything that rolls on its own wheels must be roadworthy before pickup. The customer is responsible for repairs — tires, bearings, brakes, lights — and for towing and repair costs if the unit becomes disabled in transit.
