Enterprise Auto Transport is an owner-operated, federally licensed & bonded nationwide auto transport broker (USDOT #2273104 / MC #774106). All logistics are managed via our central dispatch at (239) 273-4649— this is our only phone number.

Door-to-Door Auto Transport
Pickup and delivery at your address — home, office, dealership or storage facility.
Door-to-door is our standard, not an upgrade. The carrier comes to you. When a 75-foot semi cannot legally or safely enter a street, cul-de-sac or gated community, the driver coordinates a nearby safe meeting point — usually within a few minutes of your address.
Pickup and delivery at your address
Gated community and HOA coordination
Dealership, auction and body shop pickups
Direct driver phone contact before arrival
Flexible windows for work schedules
No terminal storage fees
How the logistics actually work
You get the driver's number before the pickup window. He calls ahead, confirms access, and either pulls to your curb or meets you at a large lot nearby. Inspection is completed together, the bill of lading is signed, and the same process repeats at delivery.
Gated communities
We move vehicles into hundreds of gated communities every season. If your association requires a vendor pass, insurance certificate or advance notice, tell us at booking and we handle it with the gate house directly.
When terminals make sense
If you are traveling on delivery day or your schedule is unpredictable, terminal-to-terminal storage can bridge the gap. Most clients never need it.
Not sure which type of carrier you need?
Don't worry. You don't have to know whether your vehicle belongs on an open carrier, an enclosed trailer, a winch-equipped truck or specialized equipment. Just tell us what you're shipping, its condition, where it's going and when you need it moved. We'll review the shipment and determine what type of transportation is appropriate.
Please note: Anything that rolls on its own wheels must be roadworthy before pickup. The customer is responsible for repairs — tires, bearings, brakes, lights — and for towing and repair costs if the unit becomes disabled in transit.
$250,000 cargo coverage on open carriers
up to $2,000,000 cargo coverage on enclosed carriers

At pickup
Photograph and video the pickup
Photograph everything the day of pickup
Photos of the truck and trailer that is picking up your vehicle
A clear photo of the truck / trailer license plate
A photo of the driver's CDL
Photos of your car before loading — front, back, both sides and the top
A video showing your car actually being loaded onto the truck
Photos taken beforehand are not accepted by insurance companies — they must be taken at pickup, the day the carrier loads your vehicle.
All claims must be filed with the carrier, not with Enterprise Auto Transport. The assigned carrier holds the cargo insurance on your vehicle; as a licensed broker we arrange the transport and do not carry cargo coverage.
