How we handle your information

How does Enterprise Auto Transport protect customer information?

We do not sell or rent the details you give us, and we do not distribute your quote request to a list of other brokers. Your information is used to price your move, arrange your carrier and communicate with you about your shipment. The assigned carrier receives only what is needed to complete the pickup and delivery.

Why do I get flooded with calls after filling in some auto transport quote forms?

Some quote forms on the internet are lead forms rather than booking forms: the details you enter are sold on to multiple companies, each of which then calls and emails you. If you have ever submitted one form and received calls from companies you never contacted, that is what happened. Before you fill in any form, it is worth checking whose company you are actually dealing with and what their privacy policy says about sharing.

Who at Enterprise Auto Transport sees my information?

We are owner-operated, so the person who quotes your move is the person who dispatches it. There is no call floor and no rotating sales team passing your file around.

What does the carrier receive?

The information required to do the job: the vehicle, the pickup and delivery addresses, your contact details for scheduling, and any access notes. Payment details are never handed to a carrier.

How do you send sensitive information?

Once your vehicle is dispatched, official carrier and driver details are sent through our encrypted secure-message system. If you ever receive a new or revised carrier assignment by ordinary unencrypted email, treat it as a fraud warning and call us before releasing your vehicle.

How should I verify that it is really you contacting me?
