DMCA & Copyright Policy
Every page, guide and checklist on this site is original work. Here is how our content is protected and how to submit a copyright notice.
Ownership of site content
All text, page copy, guides, checklists, graphics, logos, photography, page structure and downloadable PDFs on this website are original works owned by Enterprise Auto Transport or used with permission, and are protected by United States copyright law.
You may read, print and share our pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, and you may link to any page on this site. You may not copy, republish, rewrite, spin, scrape, translate or redistribute our content — in whole or in part — on another website, marketplace listing, sales page, social profile or printed material without written permission.
Content monitoring
Our pages are monitored with Copyscape and other duplicate-content tools. Copied pages are documented and reported to the infringing site's host, registrar, advertising network and search engines, and a DMCA takedown notice is filed where appropriate.
How to file a DMCA takedown notice
If you believe content on this website infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on this website where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
