I was trying to ship my Audi from Florida to Texas, and after talking to a bunch of transport companies/brokerages, the difference with her was immediate. She actually called me and explained her entire process. She finds the carrier, vets them herself, asks for insurance + all the documentation (even if she has worked with them before), and only once she is completely comfortable does she give you their contact. She is also completely transparent about what the carrier is charging and what her flat fee is. I genuinely did not know brokerages could even work this way. The part that really stuck with me... I called her on a Friday evening thinking maybe the car could ship Monday/Wed. On Saturday she called saying she found someone, but wanted to finish vetting them before connecting us. The driver was also incredibly careful with the car. It genuinely felt like Rena was arranging transport for her own car. That level of care is just very, very rare.
