Southwest Florida Auto Transport

Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Estero, Marco Island, Sarasota, Venice, Punta Gorda and every community in between — dispatched by the owner, week in and week out.

Why local matters here

Southwest Florida is not a normal auto transport market. Port Royal and Aqualane Shores cannot take a 75-foot rig. Cape Coral's canal grid dead-ends constantly. Marco Island and Sanibel are bridge-access islands. Half of Collier and Lee County addresses sit behind a manned gate with vendor rules. A broker in another state learns that after the driver is already turned around.

We live and dispatch here. Every SWFL city below has its own page, and the gated communities inside those cities have their own pages too — with gate notes, staging guidance and a quote form on each one.

  • Up to $250,000 cargo insurance coverage on open carriers
  • Up to $2,000,000 cargo insurance coverage on enclosed carriers with soft-tie systems
  • Gate and HOA vendor coordination across Collier, Lee, Charlotte and Sarasota counties
  • Snowbird seasonal planning: October–December in, March–May out
  • Returning-client priority dispatch with our preferred carrier network
  • One point of contact from dispatch to delivery

Southwest Florida quote

No obligation. A real coordinator replies within one hour — every quote is hand-quoted for accuracy.

Snowbird routes fill fast. Booking three to six weeks ahead helps us secure priority dispatch with our preferred carrier network. Lead times shown are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping more than one vehicle? (optional)

Add up to 5 additional vehicles and we'll quote them on the same trailer where possible — multi-vehicle moves usually price better per car.

Only one discount per household. If several offers apply, your coordinator will apply the largest eligible discount to your hand-quoted rate.

FAQ

Southwest Florida auto transport questions

Do you actually operate in Southwest Florida?
Yes. We are an owner-operated broker based in Southwest Florida, A+ rated with the BBB, and a licensed agent answers every call.
How far ahead should I book a snowbird move?
Three to six weeks ahead for October–December arrivals and March–May departures. Returning clients get priority dispatch with our preferred carrier network.
What if the carrier cannot get into my community?
We stage at a nearby wide lot and shuttle the vehicle the last stretch. That is planned before dispatch, not improvised on delivery day.
Are you a broker or a carrier?
A licensed broker. We negotiate the best rate with carriers on your behalf and present the best offer we received. Claims are filed with the carrier, not with us.

Ready to Ship your car?

Open and enclosed semi-truck carriers, door-to-door delivery and a coordinator who answers the phone.
