Professional drivers and carriers judge brokers on communication, fair treatment, accurate vehicle details, and whether they are treated with respect. Rude dispatchers, vague load info, renegotiated rates, double-dipping from both the customer and the carrier, sending orders they have not actually secured, giving wrong load information, and going silent when the customer cannot be reached all make carriers pass — and when carriers pass, your car does not move.

How we vet carriers
We know our carriers — and we are transparent about the ones we do not
We are a small, owner-operated team based in Southwest Florida. The majority of carriers we dispatch are carriers we have worked with before, either through our SWFL hub or through the same load boards our competitors use. The difference is how we vet them and how we treat them.
Preferred carriers first
Most loads are covered by carriers we already know and trust. They have hauled for us before, they know how we operate, and they know our customers expect a clean handoff. When one of our preferred carriers is available on your lane, we use them.
New carriers are vetted the same way
If we do not know a carrier, we vet them just like we do our preferred carriers. We check active operating authority, valid cargo insurance, FMCSA safety ratings, and Central Dispatch history. We will always tell you if the carrier assigned to your load is someone we have worked with before.
Load boards are a backup, not a shortcut
Sometimes our preferred carriers are busy and we post the load on the same boards every broker uses. That takes longer because roughly six out of ten carriers who respond do not meet our basic standards. We filter them out before they ever get near your vehicle.
