Collector

Classic Car Transport

Vintage, restored and collector vehicles moved by specialists who understand them.

Original paint, period-correct chrome, delicate bumper mounts and no modern crumple structure — classics require handling knowledge, not just a truck. Our collector division moves concours cars, restorations, survivors and driver-quality classics year-round.

  • Enclosed trailers with lift-gate loading
  • Soft-tie wheel straps — never chained
  • Detailed photo condition report
  • Show, auction and museum delivery
  • Battery, fuel and fluid pre-checks
  • $1,000,000 cargo coverage

Loading a classic correctly

Low ground clearance, long overhangs and soft suspension mean ramp angle matters enormously. Lift-gates keep the car level throughout loading. Straps go over the tires so nothing pulls on a restored frame, axle or leaf spring.

Auction and event logistics

We deliver to Barrett-Jackson, Mecum, Amelia Island, concours events and private collections, and we work to event move-in windows rather than a vague delivery range.

Documentation

Photo documentation at load and unload gives you and your insurer a clear condition record before and after transit.

Not sure which type of carrier you need?

Don't worry. You don't have to know whether your vehicle belongs on an open carrier, an enclosed trailer, a winch-equipped truck or specialized equipment. Just tell us what you're shipping, its condition, where it's going and when you need it moved. We'll review the shipment and determine what type of transportation is appropriate.

Please note: Anything that rolls on its own wheels must be roadworthy before pickup. The customer is responsible for repairs — tires, bearings, brakes, lights — and for towing and repair costs if the unit becomes disabled in transit.

At pickup

Photograph and video the pickup

Photograph everything the day of pickup

  • Photos of the truck and trailer that is picking up your vehicle
  • A clear photo of the truck / trailer license plate
  • A photo of the driver's CDL
  • Photos of your car before loading — front, back, both sides and the top
  • A video showing your car actually being loaded onto the truck

Photos taken beforehand are not accepted by insurance companies — they must be taken at pickup, the day the carrier loads your vehicle.

All claims must be filed with the carrier, not with Enterprise Auto Transport. The assigned carrier holds the cargo insurance on your vehicle; as a licensed broker we arrange the transport and do not carry cargo coverage.

My classic barely runs. Is that a problem?
