Can the carrier come inside my gated community?
Often yes. Where the association or road width does not allow a 75-foot carrier, the driver stages nearby and we complete the last leg individually.
When should snowbirds book?
Three to six weeks ahead for October–December arrivals and March–May departures. Returning clients get priority dispatch with our preferred carrier network.
Why do Naples snowbirds need to book three to six weeks out?
The Naples corridor is one of the busiest seasonal lanes in the country. Carrier space into Southwest Florida tightens quickly from October through December and again from March through May. Booking early locks in your preferred pickup date and typically costs less than waiting until the last minute.
How does priority dispatch work for returning snowbird clients?
We keep your vehicle details, community access notes and seasonal preferences on file. When you book your return trip, we dispatch through our preferred carrier network first, which means faster confirmation and better slot selection than a new reservation.
Do you handle multiple vehicles for one residence?
Regularly. Multiple vehicles can travel together in a single enclosed trailer to the same address.
My community is not on the list. Do you still serve it?
Yes. The list covers the communities we serve most often — we deliver anywhere in Collier and Lee County.
