Returning clients
Priority Dispatch Request
Snowbird and repeat clients move to the front of the queue. Verify a past shipment, tell us when you want the truck, and we dispatch through our preferred carrier network first.
How it works
From verification to dispatch
1. Verify your history
Tell us the year, route and vehicle from your last shipment. We match it against our order records.
2. Set your timing
Choose a booking window, preferred pickup date, time of day and how flexible those dates are.
3. Coordinator review
A coordinator confirms your record within one business hour and locks your priority flag.
4. Preferred carrier dispatch
Your order goes out to our preferred carrier network before general board postings.
Booking window
What happens each week after you book
Tap any week to see what we're doing behind the scenes across a three to six week booking window.
6 weeks out
Reserve your window
You submit your request and a coordinator confirms route, transport level and target pickup dates. Your order is logged and, for returning clients, flagged for priority dispatch.
- Locked quote with your booking window on record
- Priority flag applied for verified returning clients
- Seasonal routes (Oct–Dec arrivals, Mar–May departures) reserved early
Timeline assumes a three to six week booking window. Shorter notice is often possible — expedited and last-minute pickups compress these stages into days.
