Our commitment

The Locked Price Promise

The rate you accept is the rate you pay. No bait quotes, no phone call three days later asking for more, and your deposit is explained before you book.

What it means

Four things we will not do to you

One number, honestly priced

We price your lane against what carriers are actually accepting this week. If that number is higher than the lowball you got elsewhere, we will show you why instead of matching a rate no truck will run.

Locked at dispatch

The moment a carrier accepts your vehicle at the agreed rate, the price is fixed. No renegotiation on the day of pickup and no fee waiting at delivery.

Deposit explained up front

We collect a deposit when you book and we tell you exactly what it covers: our brokerage fee for sourcing, vetting and dispatching a licensed carrier. The balance is paid to the driver at delivery.

All-in, not a base rate

Door-to-door service, cargo insurance, fuel and taxes are in the quote. Nothing is unbundled and re-added later.

The exception

The only time a price changes

Transparency cuts both ways. A locked rate assumes the vehicle and the route we were told about. If any of the following change, we re-quote before doing anything — never after.

  • The vehicle is a different make, model or body style than quoted
  • It is inoperable and was quoted as running
  • It has been lifted, modified or loaded with cargo above the stated weight
  • The pickup or delivery address moves to a different area
  • You switch between open and enclosed equipment
  • You add a guaranteed pickup date after booking

FAQ

Pricing promise questions

Is my quote the final price?
Once you accept a quote and we dispatch a carrier at that rate, the number is locked. The only thing that changes it is a change you make — a different vehicle, a non-running condition we were not told about, or a new pickup or delivery address.
Why do other brokers raise the price later?
A quote is just a quote. The quoted price is on the contract. Just like with a realtor, you write down the offer and she is allowed to negotiate — same with us. We are normally right within $100, 99.5% of the time. We will never dispatch the car for a different rate than what is on the contract without your permission. Remember, our job is only to negotiate the rate with the carrier, not determine the final rate. We cannot determine that until we have your authorization in writing to negotiate the rate. That is what a broker does — learn what a broker does and does not do.
When is the deposit charged?
The deposit is charged at the time of booking. It covers our brokerage fee for sourcing, vetting and dispatching a licensed carrier, and we always tell you exactly what that fee is before you pay. The remaining balance is paid to the driver at delivery.
What if I need to cancel?
You may cancel at no charge any time before a carrier is dispatched. After dispatch, the deposit is non-refundable because a carrier commitment has already been made on your behalf.
Does the price include everything?
Yes — door-to-door pickup and delivery, cargo insurance, fuel and taxes. There is no separate fuel surcharge or delivery fee added at the end.
