Is Enterprise Auto Transport a broker or a carrier?

We are a broker. We do not own trucks. We source, vet and negotiate with licensed and insured motor carriers on your behalf, then coordinate your pickup and delivery from dispatch through the final signature. Our broker fee is disclosed to you up front rather than buried inside the total.

Do you have a terminal or storefront in Naples?

No. We are owner-operated and work by phone and email, with vehicles picked up and delivered at your address, or as close as a full-size carrier can legally and safely get. There is no walk-in office or storage terminal to visit.

Can a transport truck get into my gated community?

Sometimes, and often not. Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, Old Naples and many golf communities have narrow lanes, low tree canopies, guard-house vendor rules and turning restrictions that a 75-foot rig cannot manage. When that is the case we arrange a nearby staging point — a wide shopping-centre lot or a straight main road — and shuttle or meet you there. We work this out before dispatch, not after the driver arrives.

When should snowbirds book a Naples pickup or delivery?
