When you request a quote through our website we collect the information you enter into the form: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and delivery locations, vehicle year, make, model and body type, whether the vehicle runs, your preferred transport type (open or enclosed), any truck modifications, and the timeline you select. If you choose to receive our Auto Transport Quote Checklist or Shipping Day Checklist by email, we also store that preference.

If you contact us by phone, text or email we collect the details needed to price and arrange your shipment. We also receive standard, non-identifying technical data from your browser such as pages viewed, approximate region, and aggregate site usage patterns.

Your quote submission is stored in Enterprise Auto Transport's secure lead database so our licensed coordinators can review your lane, check current carrier availability, and prepare a firm, hand-quoted price. The database is access-controlled and only available to staff who need it to handle your shipment.

Quote records are retained for as long as necessary to complete your move, support service history, resolve disputes, satisfy insurance requirements, and meet legal record-keeping obligations. If you do not book, we typically keep the quote for a limited follow-up period and then archive or delete it according to our internal retention schedule.

When you submit a quote, the email address you provide is used to send you an immediate confirmation that we received your request, followed by your hand-quoted price and shipment updates from support@enterpriseautotransport.com or a licensed coordinator. If you ask us to email you a checklist, we send it to the address you provided.

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with lead brokers, marketing lists, or unrelated third parties. Your email is shared only with:

We do not sell your phone number or email to other auto transport companies. We do not participate in lead auctions. If you have ever filled out one form and received calls from ten brokers, that is the opposite of how we operate.

We do not send unrelated promotional spam. Emails you receive from us will be about your quote, your shipment, or information you specifically requested.

By providing your phone number and submitting a quote, you agree that we may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of future texts, or tell a coordinator on a call and we will remove you from further contact.

If you choose SMS notification fallback, your mobile number is used only to alert you about quote follow-up or shipment updates and is stored under the same access controls as your quote record.

When you download or request one of our checklists by email, we record the checklist type and a timestamp so we can improve our resources. This information is stored in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally outside of the email delivery itself.

This site uses basic cookies and aggregate analytics to understand which pages are useful and to manage cookie consent preferences. You can adjust or withdraw consent through the cookie banner; core site functions such as requesting a quote will still work.

Information is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to quote and email records is limited to authorized staff. We use industry-standard email delivery infrastructure and maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.
