Earn rewards
Refer a friend or family member, get $50
Know someone shipping a car for the first time with Enterprise Auto Transport? Send them our way. Once their vehicle is picked up, we will Venmo you $50 as a thank you. New clients only.
How it works
Step 1
Fill out the form
Tell us your name, phone and Venmo handle, plus your friend or family member's name and phone number.
Step 2
We reach out
A licensed coordinator will contact your referral, quote their move and handle the booking just like any other Enterprise customer.
Step 3
You get $50
Once their vehicle is picked up by the carrier, we send $50 to your Venmo. No hoops, no waiting for delivery.
Program rules
- For new clients only — the referred customer must not have shipped with Enterprise Auto Transport before.
- Reward is paid after the referred customer's vehicle is picked up by the carrier.
- One $50 reward per referred customer, not per vehicle.
- You must provide a valid Venmo @username so we can send the reward.
- We reserve the right to verify referrals and deny rewards for self-referrals or fraudulent submissions.
Who makes a good referral
The program works best when the person you send us actually has a vehicle to move in the next few months. Here are the situations we see most often.
Snowbirds heading south
Anyone booking an October through December arrival in Naples, Fort Myers or Marco Island, or a March through May departure north. Seasonal lanes fill early, so an introduction three to six weeks ahead helps them and helps us.
Relocations and new jobs
Cross-country moves, a spouse transferring, or a family sending a second vehicle behind the moving truck. Most people only ship a car once and have no idea who to call.
Military PCS orders
Service members with orders to or from a base, especially when the government-arranged move only covers one vehicle and the second one still has to get there.
Students and seasonal residents
College students shipping a car to campus, or seasonal residents who leave one vehicle in each state and rotate them twice a year.
Collector and enclosed moves
Classic, exotic and low-clearance vehicles that need an enclosed trailer with a liftgate and soft-tie straps rather than chains on the suspension.
Dealers and estate sales
Small dealerships, auction buyers and families settling an estate who need one or several vehicles moved without setting up a commercial account.
What your referral gets
A referral is only worth sending if the person on the other end is treated well. This is what they can expect.
Your friend gets the same service every Enterprise client gets: a licensed coordinator on the phone rather than a call center, a rate negotiated with vetted carriers instead of a lowball number designed to win the booking, and a deposit that covers our broker fee only with the balance paid to the driver at delivery.
Before dispatch we verify the assigned carrier’s FMCSA operating authority and active cargo insurance. Your referral receives the driver’s name, truck details and direct phone number, plus a pickup window and realistic transit estimate for the lane. Claims, if one is ever needed, are filed against the carrier’s policy — we walk clients through that process and supply the paperwork.
There is no pressure to book on the first call. If we cannot beat the number someone else quoted honestly, we say so. That is the whole reason referrals work for us: people send friends to a broker who told them the truth.
Referral program questions
Answers to what people ask before they send us a name.
When exactly do I get paid?
After the referred vehicle is physically picked up by the carrier and the bill of lading is signed at origin. We do not make you wait for delivery, and we do not hold the reward against a future booking.
How is the $50 sent?
By Venmo, to the @username you enter on the form. Double-check it — we cannot recover a payment sent to the wrong handle. If Venmo does not work for you, tell your coordinator and we will arrange another method.
Can I refer more than one person?
Yes, there is no cap. Each new client you send counts once, so five referrals that all ship equals $250. The reward is per referred customer, not per vehicle, so a family shipping three cars is still one reward.
What if my friend contacts you before I submit the form?
Submit the form anyway and mention it. As long as they have not already booked, we can attribute the referral to you. Once an order is dispatched we cannot retroactively add a referrer.
Can I refer myself or a second household member?
No. The program is for new clients other than yourself, and we reserve the right to deny self-referrals or duplicate submissions from the same household and payment handle.
Does my friend pay more because I get a reward?
No. The reward comes out of our broker fee, not their rate. Their quote is priced exactly the same as any other client on the same lane, with the same carrier vetting and the same locked price.
Is the reward taxable?
Referral rewards are generally treated as miscellaneous income. We do not withhold or issue tax forms for a $50 payment, but you should follow your own tax advisor's guidance if you refer frequently.
