Peak windows and rush options
Southbound peak
October through December. Snowbirds leaving the Northeast, Midwest and Great Lakes all want the same three-week windows. Book three to six weeks ahead.
Northbound peak
March through May. Florida and Arizona seasonal leases end at roughly the same time, creating a mirror rush back north. Book three to six weeks ahead.
Rush Dispatch
Pickup within 48 hours of booking where available — $500 fee. This is an option, not a guarantee, and it depends on a truck being open on your exact lane.

The heaviest snowbird corridor in the country. October and November pickups book fastest.
Chicago / Midwest → Florida / Arizona
Two major destination states, both with tight fall capacity.
