We arrange door-to-door vehicle transport to and from Naples, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, Marco Island, Southwest Florida, South Florida and destinations throughout the United States.

Our work centers on open and enclosed car shipping, snowbird auto transport, luxury and exotic vehicle transportation, classic and collector car shipping, and long-distance door-to-door moves. Every vehicle travels on a professional semi-truck carrier we have screened for active authority, current cargo insurance and safety history.

Personal service from an owner-operated broker

Enterprise Auto Transport is a concierge auto transport service. We do not take bookings through an anonymous online checkout, and we do not hand your vehicle off to a dispatcher you will never meet. Every move starts with a conversation - because we will not book a car until we understand exactly what you need, where it is going, and how you want it handled.

Personal service first. A licensed coordinator speaks with every client before booking. We confirm the route, the vehicle details, timing, and any special handling - enclosed, inoperable, modified, or white-glove - before a contract is ever written.

No online booking traps. We do not believe a vehicle that may be worth more than a house should be scheduled with a few clicks and a credit card. If a broker will not get on the phone with you, that is a red flag.

Broker fee and carrier fee are separate. The deposit we explain up front covers our broker fee only - it is the same price for everyone. The carrier fee is separate, exactly the way the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration expects it to be. We operate by the rules.

We know our carriers. We are a small, owner-operated team based in Southwest Florida. The majority of carriers we dispatch are carriers we have worked with before. Every carrier is vetted before dispatch.

About the bond: The FMCSA requires every licensed auto transport broker to maintain a $75,000 fmcsa surety bond. This bond exists to protect shippers and carriers against fraud, failure to pay, or breach of contract. If we ever collect a carrier payment from you and do not pay the carrier, the bond is there to make the carrier whole - and that is why we keep broker fees and carrier funds completely separate. We prefer the carrier be paid by you at the time of delivery. Most carriers accept cash or Zelle; most do not accept credit cards. Some will accept Venmo or Cash App, but those apps charge the carrier processing fees, so please consider adding a tip to cover those fees if you choose to pay through an app.

When season winds down in Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs and Estero, the traffic thins out and so does the work for a lot of local businesses. Auto transport runs the opposite way. The end of season is exactly when snowbird vehicles need to move north, and the northbound March–May window is one of the two busiest stretches of our year.

Season ends, we get busier

March through May departures are booked three to six weeks ahead. Carriers price northbound loads out of Southwest Florida on how full their trucks already are, not on the calendar date you call.

Why a licensed broker matters

Ask whether the person arranging your shipment works for a licensed broker. A realtor works under a licensed broker, must pass a state exam, carries errors-and-omissions insurance, and can lose their license for misrepresenting a deal. If they mishandle money or a contract, there is a state board, a broker of record, and real consequences.

Before paying a deposit, confirm the broker's FMCSA authority, bond and written terms. Ask who will handle your booking and how your payment will be processed.

Before pickup

Personal items: what you can and cannot load

Beware: do not overload your vehicle

Do not put more than 100 pounds of personal items inside the car. Do not load your car like Noah's Ark. Extra weight changes the carrier's fuel costs, trailer balance and insurance exposure. If you need more than 100 pounds, you must discuss it with your coordinator before dispatch - many carriers will not allow it at all.

Never ship these inside your vehicle

Pets, live plants, firearms, ammunition, illegal drugs, prescription medication, hazardous materials, explosives, flammables and perishables are never allowed. If a carrier finds any of these items, he may refuse the load on the spot.

Our standard with every carrier

We put in our contract with every carrier that our clients are allowed up to 100 pounds of personal items in the trunk or below the window line. If a driver tries to charge you extra for the first 100 pounds, call us immediately at (239) 273-4649.

What leading companies typically allow

Most major auto transport brokers and FMCSA-licensed carriers follow roughly the same rules for personal items. The limits exist for weight, safety and insurance reasons.

If you do not tell us about extra weight

If you show up with more than 100 pounds and never told us, expect the carrier to charge you whatever his rate is - and it will be high. He may also tell you to remove the items before he loads the car. Save yourself the headache: tell your coordinator during booking so we can negotiate the right carrier and the right price up front.

What if my car is dispatched and I cannot reach my driver?

Once your vehicle is on a truck, the driver and their dispatch team become your direct point of contact for everything related to pickup timing, delivery timing and payment. Here is how the relationship works - and the best way to get answers quickly.

What we handle

Our job is to negotiate the rate between you and the carrier, make the reservation, and set up the contract. We do not schedule pickup or delivery windows.

What the carrier handles

Once a carrier is assigned, the carrier and their team handle all calls about pickup, delivery and payment. They are independent contractors with their own schedules.

The fastest way to reach your driver

Please contact your carrier at the direct number provided by your sales representative. We recommend sending a text first and giving the driver a little time to respond - they may be loading, unloading, or driving and cannot answer immediately. The number you have is the same number we would call.

Only call Enterprise Auto Transport about carrier matters if you have tried reaching the carrier yourself and have not been able to get through. We are happy to help, but in most cases a quick text or call to the driver is the fastest path to an update.

Yes. Luxury, exotic, classic and collector vehicles are a significant share of what we move, using enclosed equipment, soft-tie loading, lift-gate or low-angle ramp loading where clearance requires it, and photo condition reports at pickup and delivery.

How does Enterprise Auto Transport screen carriers?

Before a truck is assigned we verify active FMCSA operating authority, a current certificate of cargo and liability insurance naming the carrier, safety and inspection history, and performance history on the load boards we dispatch through. We also confirm the assigned driver's identity and dispatch details because verifying the carrier company is not the same as confirming the individual driver.

Does Enterprise Auto Transport have a physical office or terminal in Naples?

No. We are an owner-operated brokerage serving Naples and Southwest Florida by phone, email and door-to-door pickup - there is no storefront, terminal or walk-in location to visit. Vehicles are picked up and delivered at your address (or as close as a full-size carrier can legally and safely reach).

Why can the final carrier price differ from an initial online estimate?

Auto transport pricing is set by live carrier supply on your specific lane, not by a fixed rate card. Season, fuel, route density, vehicle size and operability all move the number. We negotiate with carriers on your behalf and present the best offer we actually receive, with our broker fee disclosed up front rather than buried in the total.

Know before you book

An honest disclaimer about this industry

The deposit is charged at the time of booking, and we will always tell you exactly what it covers: our fee for sourcing, vetting and dispatching a licensed, insured carrier. The balance is paid to the driver at delivery. A deposit is not a red flag - a broker who refuses to explain their fee is.

At Enterprise, our disclosed broker fee covers coordination and dispatch. The carrier balance is paid to the driver at delivery.

Carrier cargo policies have coverage limits, exclusions and deductibles. Before booking, ask about the assigned carrier's coverage and how a damage claim would be handled. Document your vehicle's condition at pickup and delivery.
