- Provide a local contact who can accept delivery and sign the bill of lading if you arrive later.
- Owners are responsible for roadworthy tires, bearings, brakes and lights, and for towing or repairs if the unit is disabled in transit.

Can the carrier deliver directly inside my RV resort?
Often yes, if the park allows commercial trucks and the site is accessible. Some parks require delivery at a staging area near the entrance instead.
Is a park model shipped the same way as a travel trailer?
No. Park models are usually over-width, which means permits, specific routing and daylight-only travel. They take more lead time to schedule.
Do you deliver to Apache Junction, Gilbert and Chandler?
Yes. We arrange deliveries throughout the East Valley and the greater Phoenix metro.
