Enclosed auto transport trailer used for luxury and collector vehicles in Florida

Statewide · high-value vehicles

Enclosed Car Transport in Florida

Sealed trailers, soft-tie loading and photographed condition reports for luxury, exotic, classic and collector cars moving anywhere in Florida.

Florida moves more collector cars than almost anywhere

Between the seasonal migration, the concentration of collections behind Naples, Palm Beach and Boca gates, and the auction and show calendar, this state moves a disproportionate number of vehicles that should never ride on an open deck. Salt air, I-95 and I-75 road debris and summer storms all argue for a sealed trailer when the car is worth protecting.

We arrange enclosed car shipping the way it should be arranged: confirm clearance and access first, match the trailer and loading equipment to the vehicle, verify the carrier's active operating authority and current cargo coverage, then document condition with photographs at both ends.

  • up to $2,000,000 cargo coverage on enclosed carriers on enclosed carriers
  • Soft-tie straps over the tyres rather than chains on the frame
  • Lift-gate and low-angle ramp loading for low-clearance cars
  • Winch service for non-running collector and project vehicles
  • Fewer vehicles per trailer, so fewer load and unload cycles
  • Photographed condition report at pickup and delivery
  • Gate-house, barrier-island and condo staging arranged before dispatch
  • Carrier authority and cargo coverage verified before your car is assigned

Enclosed transport quote

No obligation. A real coordinator replies within one hour — every quote is hand-quoted for accuracy.

Snowbird routes fill fast. Booking three to six weeks ahead helps us secure priority dispatch with our preferred carrier network. Lead times shown are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping more than one vehicle? (optional)

Add up to 5 additional vehicles and we'll quote them on the same trailer where possible — multi-vehicle moves usually price better per car.

Your information stays with us. If you enter your name, phone, email, and vehicle details on other auto transport websites, your information may be sold to 10 or more companies and you may receive dozens of calls, texts, and emails. When you request a quote here, your information is sent directly to Enterprise Auto Transport — we do not sell or share it with other brokers or lead lists. Learn how to verify you reached us.

Only one discount per household. If several offers apply, your coordinator will apply the largest eligible discount to your hand-quoted rate.

Fraud alert: confirm you are contacting the real Enterprise Auto Transport.

Other companies may use our name in ads. Our only official phone number is:

Deposit red flags: large deposits (half or all the fee up front), demands for Zelle or Venmo, refusal to disclose the broker fee, or pressure to book immediately. A standard broker fee is around $300 per car — if you see these signs, keep calling around.

Call-center red flags: claims to be the “#1 auto transport company” or “largest broker” usually mean a call center, never the same agent, and overseas operations in places like Ukraine, Bulgaria, Pakistan or the Philippines. Check their Yelp reviews to see the real picture.

If someone gives you different contact info, report it here.

Your details are never sold or spammed.

Timing

When enclosed capacity tightens in Florida

Enclosed trailers are the scarcest equipment on Florida lanes, and they fill before open carriers do. Southbound demand builds from October through December as vehicles arrive from the Midwest and Northeast; northbound demand builds from March through early May as the same cars head home. If your dates are firm in either window, book three to six weeks ahead — and if the car is coming back in spring, book both legs together so equipment is held for the return.

Summer is the value window on most enclosed Florida lanes. Hurricane season runs June through November, and carriers will not load or deliver into an evacuation order, so build a day or two of margin around a named storm.

Questions

Enclosed car transport in Florida, answered

What does enclosed car transport cost in Florida?
Enclosed generally runs meaningfully more than open transport on the same lane, and the gap widens in the October–December and March–May snowbird peaks when enclosed trailers are the first equipment to fill. Price depends on the lane, the vehicle's size and clearance, whether it runs, and how firm your dates are. We quote the live lane rather than a table because enclosed rates move week to week.
Which Florida cities do you arrange enclosed transport in?
Statewide. The heaviest enclosed volume runs through Naples, Fort Myers, Sarasota, Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Tampa and Orlando, with our own base and deepest coverage in Southwest Florida.
When is enclosed worth paying for?
When putting the car right would be expensive or slow. Exotics, classics, show cars, restorations, freshly painted vehicles, low-clearance sports cars and anything with irreplaceable trim. A daily-driver sedan or SUV is normally best served by an open carrier.
How are cars secured inside an enclosed trailer?
Enclosed carriers we dispatch use soft-tie straps over the tyres rather than chains on the frame or suspension, and load low-clearance cars with a lift gate or low-angle ramps. Fewer vehicles ride per trailer, so there are fewer load and unload cycles.
Can an enclosed trailer reach a gated Florida community?
Often better than an open rig, because many enclosed trailers are shorter. Even so, some guard houses, barrier-island bridges and condo garages simply cannot take a commercial trailer. We confirm access and association rules before dispatch and arrange a nearby staging point when the address will not work.
Is the vehicle insured on an enclosed carrier?
Enclosed carriers we dispatch carry up to $2,000,000 cargo coverage on enclosed carriers. We verify a carrier's operating authority and current cargo policy before your car is assigned, and condition is photographed on the bill of lading at pickup and again at delivery.
Do you move non-running collector cars?
Yes, when it is disclosed up front. A non-running vehicle needs a carrier with a winch, and that has to be arranged at dispatch — it cannot be worked out at the kerb when the truck arrives.
