Tell us the condition honestly
Does it roll? Does it steer? Does it brake? Those three answers determine the equipment we send. An accurate description prevents a failed pickup and a dry-run fee.
Enterprise Auto Transport is an owner-operated, federally licensed & bonded nationwide auto transport broker (USDOT #2273104 / MC #774106). All logistics are managed via our central dispatch at (239) 273-4649— this is our only phone number.
Specialty
Winch-equipped carriers for non-running, project and salvage vehicles.
A vehicle that will not start, steer or brake needs specific equipment. We dispatch winch-equipped carriers and lift-gate enclosed trailers built to load non-running vehicles safely without dragging, damaging or improvising.

Vehicles with no wheels, severe frame damage or fluid leaks may require flatbed or specialty handling. We will tell you before you book, not after the truck arrives.
Expect a modest surcharge over a running vehicle on the same lane to cover the winch, extra load time and the deck space.
Don't worry. You don't have to know whether your vehicle belongs on an open carrier, an enclosed trailer, a winch-equipped truck or specialized equipment. Just tell us what you're shipping, its condition, where it's going and when you need it moved. We'll review the shipment and determine what type of transportation is appropriate.
Please note: Anything that rolls on its own wheels must be roadworthy before pickup. The customer is responsible for repairs — tires, bearings, brakes, lights — and for towing and repair costs if the unit becomes disabled in transit.
At pickup
Photos taken beforehand are not accepted by insurance companies — they must be taken at pickup, the day the carrier loads your vehicle.
All claims must be filed with the carrier, not with Enterprise Auto Transport. The assigned carrier holds the cargo insurance on your vehicle; as a licensed broker we arrange the transport and do not carry cargo coverage.
