What we cannot take

Vehicles with no wheels, severe frame damage or fluid leaks may require flatbed or specialty handling. We will tell you before you book, not after the truck arrives.

Pricing

Expect a modest surcharge over a running vehicle on the same lane to cover the winch, extra load time and the deck space.

Please note: Anything that rolls on its own wheels must be roadworthy before pickup. The customer is responsible for repairs — tires, bearings, brakes, lights — and for towing and repair costs if the unit becomes disabled in transit.

Our drivers get as close to your door as the truck can legally and safely reach. A loaded car carrier is roughly 75-80 feet long, 8.5 feet wide and 13'6" tall, so some addresses simply cannot be reached. When that happens, we arrange a nearby meeting point — usually a large shopping center, plaza or open lot a few minutes away — at no extra charge. Common reasons a truck cannot come to your door:

Low-hanging trees, power lines or awnings a 13'6" tall carrier cannot clear
Narrow residential streets, tight cul-de-sacs or dead ends with no room to turn around
HOA, gated community or guard-house rules that prohibit commercial trucks
City or county ordinances restricting large trucks on certain roads
Steep driveways, low clearance entrances or soft/unpaved surfaces
Parking decks, condo garages and apartment complexes with height limits
Weather, road construction or flooding blocking safe access
